Friends of MS fundraiser

What an evening!

An extremely successful, joyous, fun-loving Friends of MS Fundraiser was held at the Castellorizian Club, Kingsford on Friday 17 April 2026.

The fundraiser was the brainchild of long-time supporter Demetrios Livissianis.  Demetrios and the Friends of MS Committee worked very hard leading into the event and during the evening, raising $15,830 for the Trish Foundation’s funds for Translational MS Research Projects.  A generous donation was subsequently received, taking the amount raised to a brilliant over $16,000.

Attendees enjoyed the hospitality of the Castellorizian Club, catching up with friends, participating in the fundraising, Greek dancing, eating delicious food prepared by the renowned caterer Andrew Lazaris OAM and the special atmosphere and camaraderie.

Led by Master of Ceremonies extraordinaire Andrew Kalaizis, the 110 guests who generously supported the event, made generous donations for the Trish MS Research Foundation’s funds for research, bid generously on the two Live Auction items and generously purchased all the available raffle tickets.
