For over seven years, Phillips Financial and Phillips Family Office has very generously and significantly supported the Trish Foundation in many ways, making extremely generous donations, attending our Balls, bidding very generously on our Auction Items, being responsible for very significant donations from Future Generation Investment Company and much more.  The Foundation’s volunteers are incredibly grateful to Michael Phillips and his family.

Damien Cooper, Financial Decisions has now taken over Phillips Financial and Damien is continuing this special relationship, exceptionally generously supporting the Trish Foundation.  Damien is responsible for a substantial donation from Future Generation Investment Company again this year.

The Trish MS Research Foundation has received very valued, significant, extremely generous support from The Lady Fairfax Charitable Trust and The Woodend Foundation again this year.

Our team of volunteers is incredibly grateful to the Trustees of The Lady Fairfax Charitable Trust and the Directors of The Woodend Foundation for giving our funds for MS research a substantial boost.

RIP Wilma Rosewall

Wilma Rosewall, dear friend and long-time wonderful supporter of the Trish Foundation passed away in April. Ken and Wilma have been staunch supporters of the Foundation since inception, making a very valued, significant contribution in many ways.

The Foundation is incredibly honoured and very grateful to Ken and his family for asking, in lieu of flowers, for donations to the Trish Foundation in memory and honour of Wilma.

Our profound, sincere sympathy is extended to Ken and his family. Wilma will be sadly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Launch of Marshall.Chan.Yahl.

Craig Marshall, the Foundation’s honorary Auctioneer since inception, continues to significantly support the Trish Foundation.

Craig launched his new Real Estate Business, Marshall.Chan.Yahl. (https://www.mcygroup.com.au/) at his new premises, 791 Pacific Highway, Gordon on Thursday, 7th November 2019.  Craig and his fellow Directors, William Chan, James Yahl and David Marshall auctioned a $400 Gift Voucher at Brasserie l’Entrecôte and dedicated the proceeds to the Trish Foundation.

With sincere ongoing appreciation, we wish Craig every success with his new venture.

Kaye Dening Ledgerwood AM

It was with great sadness that we learnt former Trish Foundation Director, Kaye Dening Ledgerwood AM has passed away. The Foundation extends our sincere sympathy to Kaye’s husband Peter and to Mark, Tristan, Stephen, Angela and Skye.

We greatly appreciated Kaye’s significant contribution to the Foundation since inception and particularly during her time as a Board member.

At the Trish MS Winter Wonderland Ball, the Trish MS Research Award was awarded to very worthy winners, Sue and Doug Meredith, DMC Digital, who have provided extraordinary personal and professional generosity to the Trish Foundation since 2003, making a substantial contribution to the over $5.4 million the Foundation has raised for MS Research Projects.

“Sue and Doug constantly provide wise advice and input into all our fundraising efforts.  Their phenomenal generosity and truly outstanding contribution in so many ways is immeasurable and is greatly valued and appreciated.  We are thrilled to be able to recognise their exceptional contribution in this way,” said Foundation Director Roy Langsford.  “Again this year DMC Digital’s pro bono Video Presentation was a highlight of the evening, emphasising the incredible progress being achieved.”

Yet another accolade for Lisa Burling

PR guru Lisa Burling, LBPR continues to make a very valued, professional, pro bono contribution to the Trish Foundation.

LBPR was a NSW State and National Finalist in not one, but two categories of the prestigious 2018 Public Relations Institute of Australia Awards – Best Small Consultancy and Best Small Budget PR Campaign.  In news hot off the press, LBPR is the WINNER of both these categories.

Congratulations Brendan and Barry

At the Trish MS New York, New York Ball, the Trish MS Research Award was awarded to very worthy winners, Dr Brendan Nelson and Barry O’Farrell, who have very significantly supported the Trish Multiple Sclerosis Research Foundation since inception.  They have both provided profile and never-ending very generous, extraordinary support in so many ways.  Brendan and Barry also caringly visited Trish in the nursing home.  Congratulations Brendan and Barry!
